Blue Line Metro: Hebbal Targeted for June 2027, Nagawara for March 2028 — What It Means for Thanisandra

The Namma Metro Blue Line, Phase 2B, runs from Kasturi Nagar through Nagawara, Veerannapalya, Kempapura and Hebbal to the airport. The Hebbal section is targeted for June 2027 and Nagawara for March 2028.
Why it matters here
Manyata Tech Park is close to Nikoo Homes 8 in kilometres, but the drive depends on when you leave: ten to fifteen minutes off peak, twenty-five to thirty at nine in the morning. Hebbal junction, the Outer Ring Road and Hennur Road all bottleneck at rush hour. Once the Nagawara interchange opens, the corridor has a rail alternative for the first time.

- Nikoo Homes 8's RERA-filed completion (December 2030) falls after both target dates
